The sixth annual Rose Fest took place in Bethlehem\u2019s Historic Rose Garden June 14 with hundreds of residents attending the family friendly festival and weekly farmers market.<\/p>\n
Live music, Zumba, produce and crafts, a master gardener garden tour, a park tree tour, arts and craft activities, informational stands offering helpful handouts, activities, a children\u2019s bike raffle, and plants offered for sale entertained attendees.<\/p>\n
Coordinated by the Mount Airy Neighborhood Association, Rose Fest was sponsored by WDIY 88.1 public radio.<\/p>\n
At a chess table adult Mike Bracero of Bethlehem squared off against ten-year-old Amaru. \u201cYou got game,\u201d said Bracero to his young opponent.<\/p>\n
