{"id":259378,"date":"2026-08-05T03:18:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T03:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/259378\/"},"modified":"2026-08-05T03:18:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-05T03:18:09","slug":"park-rangers-meet-with-community-members-during-national-night-out-in-frick-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/259378\/","title":{"rendered":"Park rangers meet with community members during National Night Out in Frick Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 Tents were set up around Frick Park, where games and activities were available for families as part of National Night Out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">National Night Out events are being held all over the country, including in several neighborhoods in the Pittsburgh area. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The goal of the event is to build partnerships between police and communities to get to know each other, so that people trust the officers who work in their communities. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Each Pittsburgh zone hosted its own event.
