He was sentenced to 9 to 18 months in prison on each count, with the sentences to be served consecutively.<\/p>\n<p>                        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAQAAAADCAQAAAAe\/WZNAAAAEElEQVR42mM8U88ABowYDABAxQPltt5zqAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==\" alt=\"Mimi - 1\" class=\"img-responsive lazyload full default\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" data- data-\/><\/p>\n<p>The charges stem from an incident reported in March 2026 and were filed following an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police in Erie County.<\/p>\n<p>The dog at the center of the case, Mimi, was found abandoned and zip-tied.
