Police say trio smashed McDonald’s, Wendy’s drive-thru windows in Western PA, stole more than $13,000<\/p>\n

Three men allegedly broke into multiple McDonald\u2019s and Wendy\u2019s locations in western Pennsylvania and stole over $13,000 from safes.<\/p>\n

According to reports by our partners at The Trib, Zacobi Demas, Myron Causey, and DeWitt Ross have been identified as suspects in the series of fast-food restaurant burglaries in the area.<\/p>\n

Police said the men targeted five McDonald\u2019s and Wendy\u2019s locations, smashing drive-thru windows to gain entry and using power tools to open safes. They allegedly stole more than $13,000. <\/p>\n

Castle Shannon police said surveillance cameras and license plate readers helped track the suspects to Indiana. <\/p>\n

Police used a spike strip to stop their car and arrested the men. <\/p>\n
