Victaulic, the Forks Township mechanical pipe joining manufacturer, announced Thursday that it has acquired Spanish company Arumani, a modular construction and mechanical assembly company.<\/p>\n
Victaulic said the deal will expand its ability to deliver fully engineered modular skids \u2014 self-contained industrial systems \u2014 across Europe, helping to speed up project timelines, boost construction efficiency, and minimize on-site labor through advanced off-site fabrication.<\/p>\n
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

Branden Kotyk, vice president and general manager for EMEA at Victaulic, said modularization is transforming the construction industry and acquiring Arumani \u201callows us to bring a different approach to the market by combining the innovative build strategies that Arumani is known for with the engineering excellence and reliability that define Victaulic.\u201d<\/p>\n
Arumani, a family-founded mechanical assemblies company in Castellon, Spain, will now serve as Victaulic\u2019s European center of excellence for modular construction, supporting key industry sectors with design for manufacturing and assembly strategies, improving project certainty, reducing risk and enhancing overall efficiency.<\/p>\n
The acquisition marks Victaulic\u2019s third investment in Europe over the last three years.<\/p>\n
