BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The mugs are out in Bethlehem for day seven of Musikfest.<\/p>\n
69 News Reporter Sydney Kay was at an inclusion zone at the south side of the festival.<\/p>\n
Leah Barron, director of the inclusion zone at\u00a0Musikfest, said the zone provides a sensory-supportive space that anybody can go to. It’s designed to be conducive to people of all ages and abilities.<\/p>\n
Anybody is welcome, and the zone is free, she said.<\/p>\n
Barron said the zone, which has locations on the Southside and Northside, is a great place to relax and explore the mindfulness and play-based activities that it offers.<\/p>\n
The North Side inclusion zone is located at Familienplatz and is open until 8 p.m. each day.<\/p>\n
The South Side location is in the PBS Courtyard and is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
Mike Walbert, Marketing Director for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, which sponsors the zone, said being able to provide access to people all ages and abilities to participate in the arts and community is a “great honor” for\u00a0Good Shepherd.<\/p>\n
