We\u2019ve all been there. Maybe you waited too long for dinner and now it\u2019s 10:30 p.m., or it\u2019s 1 a.m. and sleep still won\u2019t come. Maybe, you just want to keep the night going.<\/p>\n
The Lehigh Valley has plenty of restaurants and bars to cater to that need, those lone sources of light that have the right meal when all the sun and sound have gone down.<\/p>\n

It operates until midnight<\/a> Thursday through Saturday.<\/p>\n Pennsylvania Rye Co. offers sandwiches, wings, beef skewers, shrimp cocktails, charcuterie, potato tostones and salads at 536 Hamilton St.<\/a> in Allentown. It is open until midnight on Sundays and until 2 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday, its signage said.<\/p>\n Rosa Blanca serves coffee, pastries, mixed drinks, Cubano sandwiches and empanadas on the first floor of The Nines apartment building at 950 Hamilton St.<\/a> in Allentown. It is open until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n Amigos Mexican Grill offers tacos<\/a>, burritos, bowls and quesadillas at 932 Hamilton St. in Allentown. It operates until midnight Monday through Thursday and until 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday, entrance signage said.<\/p>\n Blazing Hot Halal Grill offers platters, gyros, sandwiches, burgers, tenders and fries at 1442 W. Tilghman St. in Allentown. It operates until 3 a.m. all week<\/a>.<\/p>\n Bethlehem<\/p>\n Haaz\u2019s serves Nashville hot chicken<\/a>, gyros, macaroni and cheese, chicken over rice, burgers and loaded fries at 3217 Schoenersville Road in Bethlehem. It operates until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n Fegley\u2019s Brew Works offers Bavarian pretzels, wings, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads and macaroni and cheese at 559 Main St. in Bethlehem. Food service stops before midnight but the operating hours go until 2 a.m. all week<\/a>.<\/p>\n Keystone Pub & Grill operates until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday at 3259 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem<\/a>. Its menu includes tenders, empanadas, quesadillas, cheesesteak egg rolls, fish and chips and ribs.<\/p>\n F&A Grog House serves burgers<\/a>, grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, pierogies, wings, sandwiches and salads at 117 E. Third St. in Bethlehem. It is open until midnight<\/a> Sunday through Wednesday and until 1 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.<\/p>\n Sotto Santi offers pizza, wraps, pasta, stromboli and dishes from the former Adagio restaurant at 10 W. Fourth St. in Bethlehem<\/a>. It operates until 2 a.m. Thursday through Sunday.<\/p>\n Stahley\u2019s Cafe, Grillhouse & Bar is open until 2 a.m. all week<\/a> at 1826 Hanover Ave. in Allentown. Its menu includes steamed clams, wings, nachos, pierogies, tacos, hot dogs, pizza, salads, soups and sandwiches.<\/p>\n Easton<\/p>\n Pints & Pies Pub offers pizzas, pierogies, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, buffalo shrimp, sandwiches and salads at 2049 Northampton St. in Easton. It is open until 2 a.m. all week<\/a>.<\/p>\n Presley\u2019s Cocktail Bar is open until midnight Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday at 159 Northampton St. in Easton<\/a>.<\/p>\n The ZEN bar and lounge is open until midnight<\/a> Thursday through Saturday at 27 S. Third St. in Easton.<\/p>\n Ranch City Brewing operates until midnight Friday and Saturday at the Simon Silk Mill in Easton<\/a>.<\/p>\n Pearly Baker\u2019s Alehouse is open until 2 a.m. all week<\/a> at 11 Centre Square in Easton.<\/p>\n How about the 24\/7 diners?<\/p>\n Starlite Diner operates at 233 N.
