\ncounty, Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following counties,
\nMonroe and Northampton.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…Until 1130 PM EDT.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
\nand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
\nremain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or
\nstanding water. It will take several hours for all the water from
\nthese storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.<\/p>\n
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
\n– At 726 PM EDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding
\nacross the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have
\nfallen.
\n– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
\nexpected.
