Washington Church caught fire. Pittsburgh councilwoman Kim Salinetro tells Channel 11 the demolition has been held up by the contractor\u2019s insistence that the tear-down happen overnight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">She says the city will not let that happen because neighbors will be trying to sleep.
