LEHIGH CO., Pa. – An infant from Coplay has been pronounced dead, and local authorities are currently investigating the cause and circumstances of the death.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, Nov. 4 at approximately 3:35 p.m., the Lehigh County Coroner\u2019s Office & Forensic Center was notified by the Lehigh Valley Hospital regarding the death of an 8-week-old girl from Coplay Borough, according to a release from the coroner\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
Officials say the infant was pronounced dead at 2:35 p.m.<\/p>\n
Today, radiology and an autopsy were completed at the coronor\u2019s office. The cause and manner of death are pending further investigation, according to the release.<\/p>\n
