{"id":262911,"date":"2026-08-10T23:26:12","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T23:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/262911\/"},"modified":"2026-08-10T23:26:12","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T23:26:12","slug":"arl-free-pet-adoption-event-to-be-held-friday-through-sunday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/262911\/","title":{"rendered":"ARL free pet adoption event to be held Friday through Sunday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/berksarl.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Animal Rescue League of Berks County<\/a>, 58 Kennel Road, Cumru Township, will be offering free adoptions Aug. 14 through Aug. 16 for all animals aged 6 months or older. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomschaeffers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Tom Schaeffer\u2019s Camping and Travel Center,<\/a> Perry Township, is sponsoring the adoptions in memory of Tom Schaeffer.<\/p>\n<p>Potential adopters should be prepared to complete an adoption profile and meet with an adoption counselor to ensure the best possible match for their home, family and lifestyle.
