As of this week, more than half of U.S. states are recording average gas prices below $4 per gallon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">In Western Pennsylvania, the average price of $4.191 per gallon compares to $4.258 per gallon one week ago and $3.369 per gallon one year ago.
