Sunday said a \u201cmore unique\u201d part of Pennsylvania\u2019s lawsuit is that the state alleges TikTok violates consumer protection law through deceptive age ratings and addictive design features.<\/p>\n In a statement, a spokesperson for TikTok said the company would \u201cvigorously defend against these claims.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis lawsuit relies on misleading and inaccurate claims and deliberately ignores the concrete safety measures TikTok has voluntarily implemented,\u201d the spokesperson wrote.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
