\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n
Wendy R. Evans Raymer, of West Scranton, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Raymer.<\/p>\n
\nBorn in Scranton, Wendy was the daughter of the late Earl and Arlene Brister Evans. She was a graduate of West Scranton High School and worked for many years as a clerk in the retail industry.<\/p>\n
\nWendy is survived by her two sons, Brian Raymer and his wife, Katie, of Scranton, and Eric Raymer and significant other, Robin of Scranton; her two daughters, Shawna Floss and husband Ed, of Scranton, and Robin Pappas and husband, Brian, of Peckville; her sister, Sharon Hulse and husband Daniel of Lake Ariel; as well as 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.<\/p>\n
\nIn addition to her parents, Wendy was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Evans.<\/p>\n
\nFamily and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. A blessing service, officiated by Pastor Daniel Hulse, will begin at noon.<\/p>\n
\nInterment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.<\/p>\n
