BETHLEHEM, Pa. – It\u2019s a six-peat! USA Today 10Best has announced<\/a> that Historic Hotel Bethlehem earned the top spot as America\u2019s Best Historic Hotel\/Resort for the sixth year in a row.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s nominations were carefully curated by a panel of subject matter experts and USA TODAY 10Best editors before being voted on by the public, says a news release.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are judged by the company you keep. It\u2019s clear our beloved \u2018Hotel B\u2019 is among the best of the best. That\u2019s thanks to our community, our partners, and our dedicated team,\u201d said Historic Hotel Bethlehem Managing Partner Bruce Haines.<\/p>\n

Haines says he is continuously overwhelmed by the community support the hotel receives every year, sharing that as soon as Historic Hotel Bethlehem\u2019s Facebook page announced this year\u2019s nomination, the community chimed in with support.<\/p>\n

Crowd reaction to Hotel Bethlehem\u2019s win<\/p>\n

The hotel shared that it has leveraged media recognition to create robust national PR and marketing campaigns that have directly increased tourism in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

\u201cTransient leisure business has increased about 20% since last year. In July, we saw an impressive 50% increase,\u201d said Haines.<\/p>\n

The news release says the campaigns are based on multiple #1 award recognitions, including the hotel\u2019s repeated USA Today 10Best victories and Bethlehem\u2019s two consecutive USA Today Best Main Street awards, which the hotel\u2019s PR and marketing teams worked to secure.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Haines also credited the \u201cpower of partnerships\u201d with local Bethlehem organizations that contribute to overall campaign success.<\/p>\n

According to officials, this is the eighth consecutive year USA Today has included the local landmark on its 10Best nomination list. Historic Hotel Bethlehem came in third place in 2019, moved up to second in 2020, and won first place from 2021-2016.<\/p>\n

The news release shares that Historic Hotel Bethlehem is the only property in the Best Historic Hotel\/Resort category to ever win six consecutive times.<\/p>\n
