Munley and WBRE 28\/WYOU 22 will present segments on \u201cVeterans Views\u201d in honor of the late Capt. James R. Minicozzi and the upcoming 14th annual Memorial Race, presented through the UNICO Scranton Chapter, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 5, at 10 a.m. in downtown Scranton during La Festa Italiana. Prior to his passing, Minicozzi was the northeast area recruiting and retention commander of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and, simultaneously, the chief communication officer of the Company B (Network Support Company), 55th Brigade Combat Team. Proceeds from the race benefit the children at the Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of NEPA for their annual Christmas party and college scholarships at Minicozzi\u2019s alma mater, West Scranton High School.
