{"id":265724,"date":"2026-08-15T04:38:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T04:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/265724\/"},"modified":"2026-08-15T04:38:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T04:38:07","slug":"police-investigation-at-home-owned-by-glassport-mayor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/265724\/","title":{"rendered":"Police investigation at home owned by Glassport mayor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Police investigation at Glassport home; multiple agencies seen at house<\/p>\n<p>Council president says Allegheny County detectives are now handling the investigation<\/p>\n<p>GLASSPORT, Pa. \u2014<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"0\">Unmarked law enforcement vehicles were seen outside a home in Glassport, Allegheny County, during a police investigation Friday night.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\">Pittsburgh&#8217;s Action News 4 video showed police dogs and investigators from multiple agencies going in and out of the house on North Monongahela Avenue.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">In a statement, Glassport Borough Council President Anthony Colecchi said borough police responded to a call that &#8220;could involve&#8221; Glassport Mayor Keith DiMarco on Friday.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Allegheny County property records show that the house is owned by Keith DiMarco.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">&#8220;Due to the nature of the call, the Police Department immediately contacted Allegheny County Detectives for assistance. They have taken jurisdiction over the matter and conducted an investigation,&#8221; Colecchi said in the statement. &#8220;The Borough has and will continue to fully cooperate with their investigation. Due to the ongoing investigation, no further comment will be provided at this time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"5\">Late Friday night, Allegheny County police told Pittsburgh&#8217;s Action News 4, &#8220;At this time, we have no information or statement to pass along.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"6\">Pittsburgh&#8217;s Action News 4 has also reached out to Glassport police for a comment.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"7\">This is a developing story.
