{"id":266114,"date":"2026-08-15T22:46:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T22:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/266114\/"},"modified":"2026-08-15T22:46:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T22:46:07","slug":"pittsburgh-man-gets-prison-time-for-drug-trafficking-conviction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/266114\/","title":{"rendered":"Pittsburgh man gets prison time for drug trafficking conviction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 A Pittsburgh man was handed his sentence for a drug trafficking conviction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Brandon Watson, 20, was sentenced in federal court to five years in prison followed by four years of supervised release for breaking federal drug laws, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Prosecutors say Watson was found with 45 grams of crack cocaine, as well as heroin, fentanyl and medetomidine during a traffic stop April 9, 2025.
