There is a lane restriction. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Gs9FAVS7jg\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/t.co\/Gs9FAVS7jg<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 511PA Philadelphia (@511PAPhilly) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/511PAPhilly\/status\/2089285418957320465?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow\">August 17, 2026<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>By about 6 a.m., NBC10&#8217;s Skyforce10 spotted drivers lined up along the roadway moving very slowly through the area with some experiencing delays of over an hour. <\/p>\n<p>Officials did not immediately provide further information on this crash and they did not say if anyone was injured in the incident. <\/p>\n<p>But, an investigation into the incident is ongoing. <\/p>\n<p>NBC10 is working to learn more. <\/p>\n<p>This is a breaking news story.
