CATASAQUA, Pa. – A Lehigh County man facing a slew of charges stemming from a Primary Election Day incident is now under house arrest.<\/p>\n
A bail hearing was held Monday for Jack Pletz.<\/p>\n
The DA says he was placed on house arrest with an electronic monitoring device and was ordered not to have contact with any witnesses.<\/p>\n
He was charged last week with harassment and driving with a suspended or revoked license.<\/p>\n
Investigators say after Pletz’ Catasauqua neighbor testified against him during his preliminary hearing last month. Pletz harassed the man while driving past his house.<\/p>\n
