{"id":267196,"date":"2026-08-18T00:16:10","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T00:16:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/267196\/"},"modified":"2026-08-18T00:16:10","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T00:16:10","slug":"21-year-old-dead-after-3-vehicle-crash-involving-tractor-trailer-on-airport-road-in-hanover-township-allentown-area-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/267196\/","title":{"rendered":"21-year-old dead after 3-vehicle crash involving tractor-trailer on Airport Road in Hanover Township | Allentown Area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HANOVER TWP., Pa. &#8211; One person is dead following a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Airport Road in Hanover Township Monday morning, according to Lehigh County Coroner Dan Buglio.<\/p>\n<p>At approximately 11:39 a.m., while on routine patrol, a Trooper came upon a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Airport Road and Race Street, according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police.<\/p>\n<p>The release says after further investigation, it was determined a 2004 Subaru Forester, operated by a 21-year-old woman from Bath, a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia, operated by a 42-year-old man from Nazareth and a 2025 Ford Explorer, operated by a 63-yearold man from Pottsville, crashed at the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the 21-year-old woman was transported from the scene to Lehigh Valley Hospital \u2013 Muhlenberg, where she was pronounced deceased.
