Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Mike and Ike team up for theme night, offer candy-themed jerseys and tees | Allentown Area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALLENTOWN, Pa. &#8211; The Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Mike and Ike are joining forces to bring sweet times to the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The two Lehigh Valley brands are bringing fans an exclusive co-branded merchandise collection and a special Mike and Ike theme night celebrating hometown pride, fun and flavor, the IronPigs said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate the new merchandise line, the IronPigs will be hosting a \u2018Salute to MIKE AND IKE\u00ae Night\u2019 at Coca-Cola Park on Saturday, August 29 when the team hosts the Syracuse Mets, according to the news release.<\/p>\n<p>The team says fans can expect Mike and Ike-inspired food, themed promotions, activities and more throughout the evening. The first pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m. with postgame fireworks, presented by TD Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the MIKE AND IKE\u00ae x \u2018PIGS game may be purchased at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/ironpigsbaseball.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ironpigsbaseball.com<\/a> or by calling the Provident Bank Ticket Office at 610-841-PIGS (7447).<\/p>\n<p>The MIKE AND IKE\u00ae x \u2018PIGS apparel will not be worn on field by the IronPigs but will be available for retail purchase online and in person while supplies last, according to the team.<\/p>\n<p>The MIKE AND IKE\u00ae x \u2018PIGS crossover features a full line of co-branded merchandise including caps, shirts and jerseys.
