The location is set to enter its next chapter under new ownership.<\/p>\n<p>Seven Sirens <a href=\"https:\/\/breweriesinpa.com\/seven-sirens-has-acquired-separatist-beers-silk-mill-blendery-in-easton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">acquired The Blendery in 2022<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/breweriesinpa.com\/separatist-beer-project-announces-closure-of-philadelphia-location\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">former Separatist Beer<\/a>. The 6,000-square-foot Easton facility included a taproom, outdoor beer garden and event space, along with expanded production capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-86754\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/img_9689-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"  \/>Photo courtesy of Seven Sirens.<\/p>\n<p>Seven Sirens invested in the property, adding a permanent bar, cold room, bathrooms and kitchen, while acquiring equipment including foeders, brite tanks, a 15-barrel koelschip, bottling equipment and barrels.<\/p>\n<p>The Blendery <a href=\"https:\/\/breweriesinpa.com\/seven-sirens-brewing-officially-opens-new-location-the-blendery-in-easton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">officially opened in September 2022<\/a> and became a home for Seven Sirens beers, wild-fermentation beers, and private events.<\/p>\n<p>Kim and Three Hearts Venue &amp; Brew House will take over the space, while Seven Sirens will remain involved for at least the next six months.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-86753 lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/img_9691-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"  data- style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/768;\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-86753\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/img_9691-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"  \/>Photo courtesy of Seven Sirens.<\/p>\n<p>The brewery will help with the transition, consult and brew for events, while existing event commitments will be honored. Groups with future events can also move them to Seven Sirens\u2019 Bethlehem location.<\/p>\n<p>The move will allow Seven Sirens to consolidate its operations, pay down debt, and put the brewery in a stronger position moving forward.
