{"id":268368,"date":"2026-08-19T20:10:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T20:10:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/268368\/"},"modified":"2026-08-19T20:10:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T20:10:07","slug":"wvaa-donates-to-gentlemans-dash-participant-macario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/268368\/","title":{"rendered":"WVAA donates to Gentleman&#8217;s Dash participant Macario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Representatives from the Wyoming Valley Athletic Association recently made a donation to Wyoming Area boys basketball coach Anthony Macario, who is participating in the Gentleman\u2019s Dash on Sept. 19 in downton Scranton as part of the Paint the Planet Pink\u2019s effort to fight cancer.\u00a0The donation was made possible through funds raised from the Dr. George P. Moses Senior All-Star Classic, which was held in March.
