The figure represents a 20% increase compared to July 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The positive report comes as Churchill Downs continues its search for a buyer. Presque Isle Downs is one of nine properties the company has put up for sale as part of a broader strategic review.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the pending sale, Churchill Downs says it remains committed to the Erie property.
