EASTON, Pa. \u2013 A Lehigh Valley event planner is expanding her business\u2019 operations with a beautiful new space for hosting weddings, birthday parties, baby showers and other special occasions in Northampton County.<\/p>\n
Kim Frailey, owner of Three Hearts Event Center in Lower Nazareth Township, is planning to open a second event venue, Three Hearts Venue & Brew House, at 1247 Simon Blvd. N108 in Easton.<\/p>\n

Three Hearts Event Center<\/p>\n
In Easton, Three Hearts is taking over the space currently occupied by Seven Sirens \u2013 The Blendery, a satellite location of Bethlehem-based Seven Sirens Brewing Co.<\/p>\n
Over the past four years, Seven Sirens has utilized The Blendery space for taproom operations, event hosting and additional production.<\/p>\n
Over the next six months, Three Hearts and Seven Sirens will share the space, with Seven Sirens honoring all of its previously scheduled events, Frailey said.<\/p>\n
The new Three Hearts Venue & Brew House in Easton will total around 6,500 square feet, more than double Three Hearts\u2019 original 3,000-square-foot venue in Lower Nazareth.<\/p>\n
The new venue will accommodate around 175 guests, 75 more than the Lower Nazareth venue\u2019s capacity, and will feature tall, vaulted ceilings \u2013 roughly 14 feet to the rafters and 20 feet to the peak, Frailey said.<\/p>\n
In taking over the Simon Silk Mill space, Frailey purchased the facility\u2019s existing equipment, furniture and other items, with plans to add her own unique touches to the spot.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m so excited,\u201d Frailey told 69 News.<\/p>\n
\u201cI felt like there was such a need for this because I was constantly telling people that I was booked at my other venue. My big focus for the new venue is going to be weddings. I\u2019m really excited to put together a venue with a very sleek and classy vibe, along with an overall look and experience that\u2019s not currently available in the Lehigh Valley. There will be more upscale decor, unique lighting on the ceiling and intentional lounge areas. Even the bathrooms will be updated.\u201d<\/p>\n
Seven Sirens currently utilizes some of the space for brewing operations, and Frailey intends to continue that practice.<\/p>\n
Frailey said she intends to apply for a brewery license, with plans to continue brewing beer on-site.<\/p>\n
The license also would allow the new Three Hearts Venue & Brew House to serve additional Pennsylvania-made alcoholic beverages, including various wines, spirits and hard seltzers.<\/p>\n
As is the case in Lower Nazareth, Three Hearts\u2019 new Easton venue will offer a variety of customizable event packages, and individuals could book their own caterers to supply food, Frailey said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI will have a list of preferred vendors for catering, DJs, photographers and other services,\u201d Frailey added.<\/p>\n

Three Hearts Event Center<\/p>\n
Three Hearts Event Center, a modern venue featuring stylish spaces and customizable packages for events of all kinds, opened last October at 822 Nazareth Pike, Suite B, in Lower Nazareth.<\/p>\n
The venue offers tables, chairs and linens for up to 100 guests, along with a 10-foot, moveable wooden buffet table for food displays, an on-site refrigerator and beverage bar and other amenities.<\/p>\n
The space features sleek white walls, a textured black accent wall and polished epoxy floors, creating a versatile backdrop for any occasion.<\/p>\n
Frailey, who resides in Bethlehem Township, has a lifelong passion for event planning and studied hospitality management with a focus in corporate event planning in college.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor as long as I can remember, I\u2019ve loved to entertain and throw big parties,\u201d Frailey told 69 News last year.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn my own house, I have a 12-foot dining room table that can seat 14 people, and I often have friends and family over for a variety of celebrations. So, planning large events is a definite passion of mine, and I\u2019m so excited to now be doing it for other people as well.\u201d<\/p>\n
