Hershey Medical Center, according to the coroner. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Authorities believe he was the only person aboard the two-seat airplane. <\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/8a5c7846-0daf-4900-ad74-576686acaa46.png\" alt=\"Image no longer available\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" draggable=\"true\" class=\"css-fphibt\"\/><img src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/8a5c7846-0daf-4900-ad74-576686acaa46.png\" alt=\"Image no longer available\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"css-hr9vxw\"\/>Deadly aircraft crash<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"6\">The collision happened around 6:52 p.m. as Sokoloski&#8217;s Cessna approached a runway from behind a Pennsylvania State Police Bell 407 helicopter, officials said. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"8\">For an unknown reason, the airplane veered sharply to the right and struck the helicopter\u2019s tail rotor before entering its main rotor, according to police. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text\" data-node-id=\"9\">The Cessna crashed a short distance away and broke into multiple pieces.
