PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Police have identified the masked man who antagonized residents in Center City Philadelphia last week.<\/p>\n
22-year-old Zymire Hughes chased at least six people around Philadelphia in the early hours on Wednesday, August 12th, wearing a mask that looked like the doll Chucky.<\/p>\n
The man was seen on a surveillance camera approaching a female jogger and allegedly asking her if she was \u201cready to die.\u201d<\/p>\n
Police say an arrest warrant for Hughes is active, with the suspect facing potential charges of terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault, and intimidation.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, Hughes may have fled Pennsylvania as he has ties to both California and Nevada.<\/p>\n
Philadelphia Police say they are working with the U.S. Marshals to bring Hughes back to face justice.<\/p>\n
