Iron Mule opened in January 2020 at a rustic, 18th century property along the Delaware Canal and Delaware River.<\/p>\n
Over the decades, the historic building housed a number of other dining establishments, including Bacon Gourmet, Stemie\u2019s Place and Black Horse Tavern.<\/p>\n
Iron Mule serves up appetizers such as house-made chili, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, bone-in or boneless wings and \u201cspiral spuds\u201d (whole spiral-cut Idaho potato with crumbled bacon and house beer cheese); and entrees such as blackened cod, filet medallions, chicken Marsala and chicken or shrimp with vodka sauce.<\/p>\n
Guests also can enjoy a wide array of burgers and handhelds such as a California cheesesteak, Cuban panini, chipotle burger, black bean burger, brisket sandwich, avocado chicken sandwich, crispy fried mushroom po boy, taco platter (choice of chicken, pork or beef) and \u201cThe Mule\u201d (loaded burger with cheddar, bacon, Iron mustard, candied bacon, lettuce, red onion and tomato).<\/p>\n
The restaurant also features a full bar and regularly hosts entertainment, including live music, karaoke and bingo.<\/p>\n
