The Press Enterprise reports Montour County Coroner Scott Lynn says investigators are still seeking information from the facility.<\/p>\n<p>Lynn says 31-year-old Anthony Fisher died after arriving at Geisinger Acadia Behavioral Health Center Wednesday. He says Fisher appeared to have been dead several hours before the facility called 911 Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Lynn says requested information includes video, staffing records and documentation of patient room checks.
