No further information was immediately available.<\/p>\n<p>Photos shared on social media show 17th Street blocked by police vehicles, and students waiting on sidewalks outside the school.<\/p>\n<p>Monday is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2026\/08\/10\/when-is-the-first-day-of-school-for-lehigh-valley-students\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">first day of school<\/a> for many Lehigh Valley students, although some districts do not start until Aug. 31 due to the late Labor Day holiday.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
