He co-chairs the latter with Patrick Harder, who recently joined Blank Rome and is based in its Los Angeles office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cWe are excited to welcome Tarek to our national Construction &amp; Infrastructure practice,\u201d Grant Palmer, Blank Rome chair and managing partner, said in a prepared statement. \u201cTarek brings exactly the kind of sophisticated construction and energy experience our clients need as they invest in increasingly complex infrastructure and energy projects.
