Back-to-school health is not only about food. It’s about what kids are drinking from, what their food is stored in, and more!<\/p>\n
Eve Russo was in the kitchen with nutritionist Luisa Szakacs to share some tips.<\/p>\n
Szakacs said to try and avoid plastics when you can.<\/p>\n
She recommends using a bento box for school lunches. She noted it’s easy to wash and reuse.<\/p>\n
A stainless water bottle is a good way to go, she said.<\/p>\n
