He was wearing a white T-shirt with \u201cJust Do It\u201d written on it, jeans and a backpack. He does not have a phone.<\/p>\n<p>Police said he has conditions that make him an endangered person.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Missing Endangered Person.
