I have no idea why someone would hurt her,\u201d Charlene Goldsmith told Channel 11.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cEveryone we talk to keeps saying, \u2018Not Jack. Why would anyone hurt Jack?\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Pittsburgh police found Jacqueline shot to death in the doorway of her apartment on Chauncey Drive in Bedford Dwellings. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Charlene told us her sister was making a meal for her friend\u2019s wake the next day. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cCooking chicken! That\u2019s it! Not bothering anybody, and all of a sudden out of nowhere this stranger comes up and has a confrontation with my sister and next thing you know, bam! She\u2019s gone,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Police say Jaqueline was killed just before 3 a.m. and they found several shell casings surrounding her body. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cShe was right there on the first floor, so the door was open. I don\u2019t know where he came from, what he wanted or anything,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The day Jacqueline was killed, two other men were murdered in unrelated shootings in Homewood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The violent day prompted local activists to call for an end to the violence in the city. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cI just hope wherever you are, you do the right thing and turn yourself in because this is senseless.
