This was about 11 o&#8217;clock in the morning into the afternoon. They attempted to stop and ID that individual. That individual took off running; that individual threw a firearm in full view of the officers that were following him,&#8221; said Erie Chief of Police Rick Lorah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Turner is being held on $75,000 bond.
