SPRING TOWNSHIP, Pa.- The Just Between Friends (JBF) fall sale opened to the public Thursday and runs through Sunday at the Body Zone in Spring Township.<\/p>\n
“We’ve been coming since she’s been born,” says Anne Moll, referencing her three-year-old granddaughter.<\/p>\n
The family likes to hit up Just Between Friends for all kinds of items.<\/p>\n
“Right now, we’re looking for Baby Shark, Cocomelon, Spiderman, and you know, the hot items for little kids,\u201d Moll said.<\/p>\n
They also come for the clothes; something many moms say is a big win for growing kids.<\/p>\n
“My daughter is 8 turning 9 soon, and she grows ridiculously fast,” says JBF shopper, Caitlin Herb.<\/p>\n
“I have to come here and get clothes to save money since I feel like we’re doing a whole new wardrobe every season,\u201d Herb added.<\/p>\n
In fact, for Herb it’s a full day affair.<\/p>\n
“I come home with the big clear trash bags, and she knows it’s JBF day and she’s so excited to look through everything, toys especially,\u201d Herb remarked.<\/p>\n
The fall sale also includes seasonal things and brand name items.<\/p>\n
“The front entrance is filled with lots and lots and lots of racks of Halloween costumes [and] we have back-to-school stuff,” says Stephanie Lineaweaver, with Just Between Friends.<\/p>\n
Large items like car seats, cribs and strollers are checked by a recall specialist to make sure they meet safety standards and are safe to sell, offering parents peace of mind.<\/p>\n
Organizers say each event continues to grow and entice a wider audience.<\/p>\n
“We have the most consigners we’ve ever had this fall,” says Lineaweaver.<\/p>\n
“We are continuing to grow. We’re also getting a younger consignment group; tweens and teens are starting to thrift,\u201d Lineaweaver said.<\/p>\n
“A lot of the clothes aren’t used hard, and prices are reasonable, and if you have the time, maybe you want to resell them then,” says Moll.<\/p>\n
The sale runs through Sunday, which is half-price day.<\/p>\n
