Gonzalez had a prior warrant for his arrest for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and violating state parole, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a data-ylk=\"slk:Heavy police presence gathers at Scranton home;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.2822news.com\/news\/heavy-police-presence-gathers-at-scranton-home\/?ipid=promo-link-block1\" class=\"promo-link__link\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Heavy police presence gathers at Scranton home\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Scranton PD also reported that Gonzalez was armed during the standoff and Scranton Police had to force their way into the home with the help of Lackawanna County SWAT.
