Police arrested him Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The Special Victims Unit headed the dayslong investigation into the alleged crimes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Scranton Police Department remains committed to protecting children and holding accountable anyone alleged to have caused them harm,\u201d the department said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>Leon was arraigned Friday before District Judge Christopher J. Szewczyk. He remains free on an unsecured $20,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 11 before District Judge \u00a0Szewczyk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A 30-year-old Scranton man abused two young children, city police charge.
