(WOLF) \u2014 Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after drugs were found at a reentry facility in downtown Scranton.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers responded to GEO Group-Reentry Services at 307 Adams Avenue after unattended drugs were discovered in a common area, according to a state police public information report.<\/p>\n<p>The discovery was reported around 7:37 a.m. on August 25.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the drugs were turned over to troopers. Investigators are working to determine who the drugs belonged to.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests or charges were announced in the report, and police did not identify what type or quantity of drugs were recovered.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation remains active.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO.
