Inc. and BGO Cold Chain have signed a lease with Freshpet Inc. for a new 216,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Pennsylvania\u2019s Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n<p>According to a recent announcement, the fresh pet food brand will occupy the entire building at 757 Hellertown Road in Bethlehem, bolstering the distribution network for its temperature-sensitive products. The site will be Freshpet\u2019s first dedicated cold storage facility, benefiting from a location near its existing Bethlehem kitchen and easy access to Interstate 78 and other major roadways.<\/p>\n<p>Asbury, New Jersey-based Petrucci and BGO expect to complete the facility by year-end.
