PITTSBURGH \u2014 11 Investigates has learned that a City of Pittsburgh employee who faced criminal charges last year has now been charged in another case.<\/p>\n
Tim Terlecki works for the city\u2019s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.<\/p>\n
11 Investigates has learned Terlecki was arrested on Aug. 21 after police say they found him slumped over in his car in a parking lot along Saw Mill Run Blvd.<\/p>\n
Terlecki told police he was on his way home from work, was tired and pulled over to take a nap.<\/p>\n
Police say inside the car they found four crack pipes and in Terlecki\u2019s pants pocket, they say, was crystal meth. <\/p>\n
According to the criminal complaint, police also found suboxone, and they say Terlecki told them he did not have a prescription for it on him.<\/p>\n
The criminal complaint does not indicate if he provided a prescription for suboxone.<\/p>\n
Police have charged Terlecki with four counts of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. <\/p>\n
Back in April, Terlecki was charged with driving under a suspended or revoked license.<\/p>\n
Terlecki, who works as a handyman on the side, faced more legal troubles late last year.<\/p>\n
He was charged in November after Pittsburgh Police accused him of taking more than $22,000 from a woman in Hazelwood, but never finishing the home improvement project.<\/p>\n

I even offered him my tools.
