Emaus Ave. is incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>Quantm Group LLC, a data center development company, submitted plans to convert an empty 224,000-square-foot warehouse at 2401 W. Emaus Ave. into a data center. The location is in the city&#8217;s General Industrial (I-3) zoning district.<\/p>\n<p>             <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wfmz.com\/warehouse-at-2401-w-emaus-ave-in-allentown\/html_4b1107c2-5b50-4825-857f-1e44cbcea5d1.html\" class=\"tnt-asset-link\" aria-label=\"Warehouse at 2401 W. Emaus Ave. in Allentown\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/p>\n<p>            Warehouse at 2401 W.
