Third St. in Bethlehem, adding that a search is on for a new location.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you don\u2019t own the ground beneath your feet or the roof over your heads [it\u2019s] not up to you whether you can rightfully be there long term,\u201d the announcement said. \u201cThe physical building belongs to someone else, and this day and age I feel that more people can relate with this than should.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After operating as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2020\/03\/10\/popular-poutine-food-truck-opening-brick-and-mortar-location-in-bethlehem\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a pop-up tent and food truck<\/a>, the restaurant opened <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2020\/08\/13\/flying-v-which-put-poutine-on-the-map-in-the-lehigh-valley-comes-home-to-roost-in-bethlehem\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">in 2020<\/a> at the former Hot Plate Southern Kitchen space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve had the honor of serving the community starting in the middle of the shutdown in 2020,\u201d the announcement said. \u201cWhen the world stopped, we kept going. Six years later we will do the same! The Flying V still is alive for many years to come; slinging spuds and Canadian inspired delicious foods.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the poutine (a Canadian dish of fries, cheese curds, and gravy), the restaurant also offers hot dogs and tater tots, <a href=\"https:\/\/flyingvpoutinerie.com\/menu?item=classic-poutine-UJFV\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its website listed<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A poutine restaurant hopes to find a new home after its upcoming closure in Bethlehem.
