(WOLF) \u2014 37-year-old Fernando Bracero of Wilkes-Barre was convicted of first-degree murder on Monday for the deadly stabbing of Scott Knox in May of 2024. <\/p>\n<p>The Times Leader reports this comes after a jury convicted him in July.<\/p>\n<p>The District Attorney\u2019s office said Bracero &#8212; armed with a knife &#8212; and several other men attacked Knox in an Alley on Academy Street following a drug deal hours earlier in which fake crack was used. <\/p>\n<p>Two other men are awaiting sentencing.
