Walters, 69, of Scranton, passed away on August 27, 2026, at Geisinger CMC Hospital after an illness.<\/p>\n<p>\nBorn in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Doris Abott McCann.<\/p>\n<p>\nShe is survived by two daughters, Wendy Kurisko and husband Joseph and Janice Wierzinski as well as one brother, Joseph McCann.<\/p>\n<p>\nShe enjoyed music, especially Elvis Presley, watching TV, playing games and spending time with her 9 grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>\nShe was preceded in death by one grandchild, Jordan Kurisko.<\/p>\n<p>\nServices are private at the convenience of the family.
