{"id":278520,"date":"2026-09-03T23:48:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T23:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/278520\/"},"modified":"2026-09-03T23:48:07","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T23:48:07","slug":"office-documentary-with-local-ties-to-air-on-peacock","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/278520\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Office&#8221; documentary with local ties to air on Peacock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SCRANTON \u2014 A six-part documentary about \u201cThe Office\u201d that was partly shot in Scranton will appear on the Peacock network beginning Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Local people interviewed for \u201cFan Level Midnight: Devoted to The Office\u201d included Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti, former Mayor Chris Doherty, Tim Holmes, Michele Dempsey, Mari Potis, Ryan Cooper, Douglas Fink, Curt Camoni and Michael Ritterbeck.<\/p>\n<p>An in-progress preview was shown at the Scranton Art Haus in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a genuine love between \u2018The Office\u2019 fans and Scranton,\u201d director and co-producer Shawn Cauthen said in a media release. \u201cBut after spending time there, I understand that love on a completely different level. I can\u2019t begin to describe the affection I have for Scranton and the people who welcomed us. They didn\u2019t just help us make the documentary.
