ALLENTOWN, Pa.-\u00a0Un desarrollador del Lehigh Valley demand\u00f3 a la Autoridad de Reurbanizaci\u00f3n de Allentown por la venta de una antigua f\u00e1brica de juguetes en la calle North 10th.<\/p>\n
La demanda, presentada hace un mes por Nat Hyman, sostiene que su empresa present\u00f3 la oferta m\u00e1s alta por el inmueble, por un monto de 410 mil d\u00f3lares. Sin embargo, su propuesta fue rechazada y la propiedad termin\u00f3 siendo vendida a otro interesado.<\/p>\n
Hyman alega que durante el proceso se produjeron acciones que califica de \u201cparciales y de mala fe\u201d.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan la demanda, el desarrollador ten\u00eda planes de transformar el edificio, que permanece cerrado desde 2021, en un complejo de apartamentos.<\/p>\n
