J\u2019s Original Steaks and Subs is expected to open a restaurant and brewhouse in late 2026 at 448 N. 17th St. in Allentown, combining J\u2019s signature food offerings with beers from <a href=\"https:\/\/weyerbacher.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Weyerbacher Brewing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-86911 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/774719144_1687690293361174_4915125283714271648_n-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"  \/>Courtesy Of Weyerbacher Brewing<\/p>\n<p>Lozano, CEO of Savant Beverages LLC, which purchased Weyerbacher in 2022, said the new J\u2019s concept will take over the space currently occupied by Weyerbacher\u2019s Allentown Taproom &amp; Biergarten. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot to figure out, but we\u2019re excited to pursue it and hope we can get it open by the end of the year,\u201d Lozano told WFMZ. \u201cBasically, we\u2019re going to be converting the Weyerbacher taproom into a J\u2019s Weyerbacher taproom, combining Weyerbacher\u2019s beers with J\u2019s food offerings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-86913 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/2018-0602-Blithering-Idiot-Packaging-2018.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"808\" height=\"872\"  data- style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 808px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 808\/872;\"\/>Courtesy Of Weyerbacher Brewing<\/p>\n<p>Weyerbacher opened its Allentown taproom about a year ago, providing a second destination for the brewery beyond its main taproom and production facility at 905 Line St. on Easton\u2019s South Side. The 30,000-square-foot Easton facility has been home to Weyerbacher since 2001, when the brewery relocated from its original location in a converted livery stable near South Sixth and Northampton streets.
