Michael Pahira files lawsuit after death\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Leepier was later pronounced dead at the hospital the same day, despite life-saving efforts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Scranton Police have also identified the driver as 19-year-old Grace Rinaldi, who was taken into custody at the time of the incident under DUI suspicions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">An investigation into the crash has been conduced by Pennsylvania State Police Collisions Analysis and Reconstruction Specialist (CARS) Unit, and charges are pending upon completion of the investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
